Our store is located and ships from the East Coast of the US!
How long will it take to send out my order?
We aim to send things out in a 1-2 week time frame after you’ve submitted an order. Please be patient, as orders are handmade and sent out by one person!
How long does shipping take?
If you’re located in the US, generally it will take 3 working days. If you’re located outside the US, please be patient with the time it takes to reach you

Tracking comes with every order!

We ship to MOST countries world wide but if we currently do not have your country listed as a shipping option let us know! We will be happy to figure out shipping for you and add it to our store!
My item was damaged in transit, can you fix that?
We can do our best to replace a damaged item, but will have to request you pay for a replacement as the safety of items in transit are out of our hands (though we do our best to keep them bundled in safe)! Please contact us first before re-ordering though.
Wait, is my packaging eco friendly?
We make it a priority to try and use as much eco friendly materials as we can for our packaging. Most are paper based, while some charms come in compostable PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) bags. At times, we do resort to using things such as bubble wrap but are generally re-used from outside orders we've recieved (so if anything, if you do get bubble wrap from us, please try to save it and re-use it for your own purposes as a means to prolong its use and keep it from ending up in a landfill!)
